Return Window We accept return and refund requests within 30 days of the delivery date.
Quality Issues, Wrong Items & Damaged Goods If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@gugugagapet.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video showing the issue
Once verified, we will offer either a full refund or a free replacement at your choice. You are not required to return the item.
Non-Quality Related Returns We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before purchasing.
Refund Processing Once your refund is approved, it will be processed immediately. Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 3–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
