SHIPPING POLICY
1. Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the United States only. All orders are fulfilled from our US-based warehouses, ensuring fast domestic delivery. Customers in the US will not be charged any customs duties or import taxes.
2. Shipping Rates
- Orders of $35.00 and above: Free Shipping
- Orders below $35.00: $5.99 flat rate
3. Delivery Timeframe All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery is 5–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location.
4. Order Tracking A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update in the system.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of your order date, please contact us at hello@gugugagapet.com and we will investigate with the carrier or provide a resolution per our Refund Policy.
6. Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-shipping fees will apply if a package is returned to sender.
